Job Description:
Perform refuelling of aircraft by self safely on time and every time. Perform quality control checks on product as per laid down standards of Chevron Aviation Quality Control procedures. Perform preventive maintenance checks on refuelling vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly quality control checks as assigned by the shift supervisors.
- Safety responsibilities:
- Stop the fuelling based on figure given by the aircraft technician or order to stop the fuelling.
- Complete the delivery ticket process either through car PC or prepare Manual ticket.
- Perform the checks as per daily check list form no.
- Complete checks log in visual check log book and daily check log book.
- Perform the job safely in line with GEHS policy, Airport Safety and regulations and Chevron Aviation Fuelling Manual.
- Report all type of near-miss, accident, incidents and concerns.
- Note down vehicle and flight details and verify flight data (parking and tail number) with UFIS (Universal Flight Information System),
- Note down the hydrant line product density, temperature and batch number.
- Check the allocated vehicle and check the Quality Control material status in it.
- 2Perform aircraft fuelling:
- Perform the product visual check as per Chevron Aviation Quality Manual during fuelling and completion of fuelling.
- Keep a constant vigil on the fuelling process, fuelling vehicle and operations surrounding.
- Position the vehicle safely and properly.
- Verify the flight details with noted details.
- Perform the product visual check as per Chevron Aviation Quality Manual bfore fuelling and after completion of fuelling.

- Stop the fuelling based on figure given by the aircraft technician or order to stop the fuelling.

- Prepare for fuelling:
- Checks the Dispo screen in FHS (Flight Handling System) for the allocated flight by the shift supervisors.
- Analyse the performance of the vehicle and identify the defects in the assigned vehicles.
- Report the defects and problems to the shift supervisor and log them in the maintenance log book.
- Move to the allocated flight by the shift supervisor within planned time.
- Drive the assigned vehicle following airport safety and security rules.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and good verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced mathematic skill.
- Excellent Interpersonal relationship, motivational and team building skills with good planning and decision making abilities.
- Good IT skills.
- UAE valid manual driving license.
- Higher Secondary in any discipline with 2 years of Aviation .
- years experience in Aviation operations.
